Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of our websites and our text message program. If you enroll in our services, you will sign a written Credit Repair Service Agreement. That agreement governs our services, and if it conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
1. Our services
We review your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion credit reports, identify information that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, prepare and submit disputes on your behalf, and track the responses.
- We are not a lender, loan broker, credit monitoring service or loan modification company.
- No one, including us, can legally remove accurate, current and verifiable information from your credit report.
- Results depend on your individual credit history and are not guaranteed, except as described in our warranty below.
2. Fees
Your fees and payment options are listed in your service agreement before you sign it. We do not charge for services before they have been performed. Credit reports needed for our work may be billed separately, at no more than $32 per month.
3. Our 150-point warranty
Our goal is to help you reach a 150-point collective increase across your three credit bureau scores within 90 days.
- How points are counted
- Point increases on all three bureau scores (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion) are added together. It is not a 150-point increase on a single score.
- When the 90 days begin
- On the date you sign your service agreement. If you did not have a credit score at that time, the 90 days begin when your score first appears.
- What you need to do
- Send us complete and accurate information (including your address and Social Security number) within 5 days of signing; keep your credit monitoring account active; avoid adding new negative information, such as late payments, collections or higher credit card balances; avoid anything that would prevent us from doing our work; and pay the first 3 months of service fees.
- If you don’t reach 150 points
- If you meet these requirements and do not see a 150-point collective increase, we will repeat the dispute process up to three more times at no additional charge. If you still do not reach 150 points, you may cancel your agreement and we will waive the remaining service fee.
Example (for illustration only): Equifax +60, Experian +50 and TransUnion +40 equals a 150-point collective increase.
4. Your right to cancel
You may cancel your service agreement for any reason, without penalty, before midnight of the fifth business day after you sign it. To cancel, email info@90daycreditexperts.com with “Notice of Cancellation” in the subject line, or mail a signed and dated notice to 90 Day Credit Experts, 1815 S State St #400, Orem, UT 84097. Any payment you made will be returned within 10 days of our receiving your notice.
5. Your credit rights
- You can dispute inaccurate information yourself, for free, by contacting the credit bureau directly.
- You can get free copies of your credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com.
- Accurate negative information can generally be reported for 7 years, and bankruptcies for up to 10 years.
- You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
- The Federal Trade Commission regulates credit bureaus and credit repair organizations. Learn more at consumer.ftc.gov.
6. Text messages
If you opt in, 90 Day Credit Experts may send you text messages about your free assessment, your account and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7. Using this website

8. Disputes
These terms are governed by Utah law. As described in your service agreement, disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Utah County, Utah, and not through class actions.
