Our 150-Point Credit Warranty, Explained
A plain-English breakdown of how our 150-point, 90-day warranty is measured, what it asks of you, and what we do if your results fall short.
Plenty of credit repair companies make big promises. We'd rather put ours in writing. Every 90 Day Credit Experts client is covered by a 150-point warranty in 90 days. Here's exactly how it works, so there are no surprises.
How the 150 points are counted
The warranty is based on a collective increase across your three credit bureau scores from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. We add the increase on each score together.
Example
Equifax +60, Experian +50 and TransUnion +40 = 150 collective points.
This is an illustration only, not a prediction of any individual result.
It is not a promise of 150 points on a single score.
When the 90 days start
The 90-day period starts on the date you sign your service agreement. If you didn't have a credit score when you signed, it starts when your score first appears.
What we ask of you
Credit repair works best as a team effort. To be covered by the warranty, clients agree to:
- Send complete and accurate information (including address and Social Security number) within five days of signing.
- Keep your credit monitoring account active so we can track results.
- Avoid adding new negative information, such as new late payments, collections or higher credit card balances.
- Avoid anything that would prevent us from doing our work.
- Pay the first three months of service fees.
These requirements exist because new negatives can offset the progress from disputes. Learn how to prevent new late payments.
What happens if you don't reach 150 points
If you meet the requirements and don't see a 150-point collective increase, we repeat the dispute process up to three more times at no additional charge. If you still don't reach 150 points, you may cancel your agreement and we'll waive the remaining service fee.
What our team does during those 90 days
- Review your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion reports line by line.
- Identify items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable, like collections, charge-offs and late payments.
- Prepare and submit disputes on your behalf.
- Track bureau and creditor responses and keep you informed.
- Coach you on habits that help your score, like lowering utilization.
What the warranty is not
No one can legally remove accurate, current information from your credit report, and results depend on what's in your reports. The warranty is our commitment to the work, not a promise that any single score reaches a particular number. Read the full warranty terms.
